I thought that I would just find a really bad CS to review, but instead... I found a Mary Sue. I KNOW! I'm as excited as you are, believe me. What was great about this one is that it is so completely unapologetic that I want to die. She's not as bad as some others I have encountered - she is definitely more generic in the overall scheme of things. But it was still fun.

Sorry about the earlier post... it messed up my code. All is well now!

On account of the unintentional hiatus that Sparklypoo RPG was forced to take, I have decided to take it upon myself to give back to the community by taking from you your creative juices.

What do you mean?

I mean that I would like to challenge YOU the READER to review an RPG or a Character Sheet to your hearts content, then email it to me. If I think it's good enough, I will post it. Keep in mind the quality of crap I put up here, so as long as your comments are better than the actual content of the site or sheet - you're golden.

The format should match my own, that's all I ask. So... yeah. Send them in. In the mean time, I am on the hunt for an RPG or CS that is worthy of my sarcasm.

Oh, I'm also looking for some new icons, so if you've got any, know of any, or can make some - hit me with a reply!

No, ladies and gentlemen, I am not gone. Nor am I forgotten. With the summer upon my family and I, the release of the book and movie it has gotten a little crazy. I will be posting a review soon, though. And by soon I mean within the coming week.

Sorry for the delay, folks. Spring Break and holidays and family and work... you know, a real life have interfered. So I haven't had time to do an RPG, but I have a quick character sheet for you. I did it in between meetings today, so my apologies that it is not up to snuff. You rush a miracle man and you get rotten miracles.

This one was a special case as I never did get to access the entire site. I managed to post a character sheet that got flamed, but since then I have not been able to access the site. I don't think it is my browser as I can't access it from work or at home. Interesting, no?

Anyway - I had to have one of our other reviewers log in just so they could pull the comments out for me. Since I couldn't post my response to them on the board, I will just post them here. I know they know I registered there as they deleted my first account I registered with sparklypoorpg's email. Oh well.

So here's what I do have for you. I don't have a copy of the original CS, just the one I edited based on their suggestions. So here is what I would have given them in response, along with the edited sheet. Enjoy!

New Evaluation coming tomorrow or Monday. Maybe I will get ambitious and do it tonight? I dunno.

It's getting to be more and more difficult to find Harry Potter RPG's that are still functioning at a level that is worth evaluating. I suppose with the release of the final book and the newest movie that there will be another surge soon. Let's hope.

In the mean time, I have been looking for an actual RPG to evaluate for you, not just a character sheet. In the process, I was looking over one of the numerous Top Sites I frequent to get links when my wife asked why I don't just join one of those. Me? Join one of those? At first I laughed at her ignorance, and then explained to her how in order to make those things work at all, you should have a large member base anyway who can vote (or click on your links) for you a lot. Cheating? Yes, but let's face it - that's how it works to get into the top billings. Once you are there, it can b easier to stay but... yeah. You have to get there first.

Seeing how I don't have a large member base at all, I explained to her, there is no point in joining. Though I think it would be hysterical for this journal to make it into the top 25. Not without cheating out the wazoo will it happen. So I intend to see if cheating can help at all.

I'll include this ridiculous little banner when ever I post a new review and you all can go and locate my link a nd click on it. Hell, you can click daily if you want - I don't care. I just want to see where this journal would land amid the sea of mary sues and piles of poo. Should be an interesting ride.
